National Talent Search Examination India
The National Talent Search Examination (NTSE) is a national level scholarship program in India to identify and nurture talented students. The scheme is open to students of Indian nationality. Only students studying in Class VIII are qualified to appear for the selection procedure. As it is organized through an official body (NCERT), it is widely considered as the toughest and most prestigious examination at high school level in the nation.It assists students to proliferate their mental level and also helps them to sharpen their minds.
Eligibility
Only 25 (Twenty five) best students/candidates selected after screening and sponsored through the State shall be qualified to appear in the said examination.
Syllabus
There is no dictated syllabus for the NTS Examination. However, the standard of items shall be conforming to the level of class X Public Examinations.
Written Examination
The written examination shall consist of Part-I MAT and Part-II SAT. Both the
tests will be directed separately with a short interval in between them.

Medium of Examination
The medium of Examination will be English.
