MBA JD Joint Program
MBA JD Joint is a dual degree program provided jointly through many law and business schools. The program normally lasts 4 years (saving 1 year over finishing both degrees separately) and results in the examinee earning both a Juris Doctor degree and a Master of Business Administration degree.
The MBA/JD Joint program at Harvard provides scholars an unparalleled combination of legal and business education. Scholars get both degrees in 4, rather than 5 years, while taking part in the academic and social life of both schools.
Requirements
Joint Degree Program Seminar: Joint degree scholars are encouraged to finish the year-long Joint Degree Program Seminar that is taught through Law School and/or Business School faculty members and confers 2 Law School credits.
J.D. Written Work Requirement: Joint degree scholars must finish the J.D. Written Work Requirement. Scholars may satisfy the Requirement by Option 1 or Option 2.
