The Aston University offers MBA in Full-time, Part-time or Distance Learning.
Full-time MBA Programmes
The full-time MBA beginnings in September each year, with a 2 week induction curriculum planned to enable scholars to adjust to the challenges ahead and hit the ground running. Added in the tuition fee is a week’s study visit to a top European Business School; in former years, MBA scholars have visited Nice, Paris, Barcelona and Leuven. The School also hosts MBA scholars from its international partners, imparting its scholars the opportunity to further grow their network.
Part-time MBA Programmes
The Part-time MBA has 3 intakes per year: October, January and April. The taught part of the curriculum can be finished in 2 years, after which there is a project of up to 6 months time period.
Distance-learning MBA Programmes
The Distance learning MBA has 3 intakes per year October, January and April. scholars are sent out DVDs that contain a recording of the actual lectures delivered at Aston to its on-campus scholars, plus PDF files of notes and handouts. All lectures are also downloadable from the scholar intranet. Unlike many other business schools the degree granted is the full-time Aston MBA, not a especial Distance-learning version.
