Council of Scientific and Industrial Research ICMR JRF Examination is the first step in the procedure of admission to the Ph.D/ Research Programme by council’s support.
Exam for ICMR JRF fellowship are directed at the 7 centers viz. Chandigarh, Chennai, Delhi, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Guwahati and Mumbai once a year. Candidates are suggested to go via the admission notice printed in the advertisement in respective Newspapers and the instructions given in that carefully. Fill in the application form according to the instructions given in this course catalogue and the admission notice.
The award of JRF is created on merit basis by containing an entrance examination after issuing a nationwide admission notice. The admission notice is issued in leading English Newspapers of India generally during March/April and also on the website. The entrance examination is mostly held in the first/second week of July.
