Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Calcutta is one of the top management institutes in India. IIM Calcutta was founded in November 1961, in cooperation with Alfred P. Sloan School of Management (MIT), the Government of West Bengal, Ford Foundation and Indian industry. IIM Calcutta features of being one of the first esteemed Indian Institutes of Management in India. IIMC has progressive Infrastructure. The lecture halls and classrooms are fully furnished with Air-conditioning and Audio- Visual capacity.

IIMC provides several management and marketing course in broad range of areas. IIM Calcutta renders courses in the management studies at the Postgraduate level to its students. The university offers sixteen various coursework programs in addition to full-time/part-time research degrees. The institution is disseminated over 135 acres of land.
