IIM Indore FPM
The Fellow Programme at IIMI is a specific doctoral programme in management. It is designed to furnish both breadth and depth of knowledge to doctoral participants in management. The programme has two-fold aim of enabling the participants to master the relevant methodological tools of management research on one hand, and the advancement of the current body of management knowledge on the other. The FPM track furnishes prospects of a career within academia or in (research) positions outside the academia world. Programme’s rigorous curriculum provides ample training for an academic career and gives participants the chance to make an indelible mark on the research activity in their respective area. The programme offers specialization in several fields of management.

Eligibility
A Master’s degree in any field, with at lease 55 per cent marks (High second class) and at least 50% marks at Bachelor’s degree level.
Admission Procedure
Applications for admission to the FPM are invited at the same time when the advertisement of Common Admission Test [CAT] is released
Candidates having a CAT/GMAT score (valid for all areas)
Candidates having GRE/GATE score (valid for selected areas)
Candidates having qualified UGC/CSIR JRF Research test
Candidates not having any score may appear for a Research Aptitude Test (RAT) to be conducted by the institute on a pre announced date.
Lecturers working in AICTE/UGC recognized university and colleges on a full time basis for a minimum period of three years in management related areas.
Short-listed candidates are called for interview and further evaluation in Indore.

My daughter has done Masters in English this year from Calcutta University.She has just appeared for GRE and got decent score.[Details of percentile/other score are yet to be received.]In order to apply for the FPM programmes,especially in OB & HRM,I think,she fulfills all the conditions.If she wants to apply for this programme and she gets an ‘interview call’,how does she prepare herself for the interview? With her English literature backgroud she does not know anything about OB & HRM.
