Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) is rated as the world’s biggest university. Constituted by an Act of the Parliament of India, IGNOU has been establish for furnishing caliber higher teaching in several fields by distance learning. It primarily provides to the demands of students residing in remote fields or those with financial constraints or the working professionals wishful for additional qualification. Constituted in the year 1985, Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has been named after the ex-Prime Minister of India, Late Smt Indira Gandhi.

(i) Compulsory Courses

TS-2 Tourism Development: Products, Operations and Case Studies (Credits 8)
TS-3 Management in Tourism (Credits 8)
(ii) Any one of the following groups of Electives
TS-4 Indian Culture – A Perspective for Tourism (Credits 8)
PTS-4 Project on Indian Culture: Perspective for Tourism (Credits 4)
OR
TS-5 Ecology, Environment and Tourism (Credits 8)
