    i passed my graduation with 46.2% and i want to do mba in finance. i belongs to obc non creamy catagory. can i take addmission in mba through ignou or simbiosis univ. ? please, tell me if yes how to take addmisson form and when?

    I want to take MBA degree in Logistics ( or Finance but I am already M com in Accountancy ),as correspondence for my future promotion etc . I am working at APPL (Tata Tea Ltd) as Logistics officer at Guwahati HO, Assam. Is it possible at Ignou ? please advice me which is better for me other university also mention with fees and duration.
