My brother has completed 12th in PCM and now he want to take admission in Bachelor of Technology (Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering) Course at YMCA University of Science and Technology (YMCA UST), Faridabad, Haryana so please give me details for admission?

YMCA University of Science & Technology, Faridabad established in 2009, formerly known as YMCA Institute of Engineering, Faridabad, which was established in 1969 as a Joint Venture of Govt. of Haryana and National Council of YMCA of India with aid from overseas Agencies of West Germany to produce highly practical oriented personnel in specialized field of engineering to meet specific technical manpower requirement of industries.

Eligibility Requirement

Master in Computer Application (MCA)

Pass in any recognized Bachelors Degree of minimum 3 Yrs duration with Mathematics at 10+2 level
OR
Pass in any recognized Bachelors Degree of minimum 3 Yrs duration with Mathematics as one of the subjects.
OR
One should be passing in BCA Degree of minimum 3 years duration from a recognized University.
Obtained at least 50% (47.5% for candidate belonging to SC/ST category) in the qualifying Examination
Note: Candidates having passed Mathematics / Statistics in one semester / in one year as the case may be shall be considered eligible for MCA.
The entry criterion for the course will be as per the decision of admission committee of the University. In general the admission process will be as per the Haryana State Guidelines.


Master in Computer Application (Lateral Entry)

One must have recognized Bachelor Degree in BCA /B.Sc (IT/Computer) of minimum three years duration from a recognized university with Math at 10+2 level or at Graduation level.
One must have clearly passed with an aggregate of 50% marks (47.5% for SC/ST candidates) at graduation level.
Result awaited candidates need not to apply. The admission would be made on the basis of merit of qualifying examination.
