XIMB Selection Process

Can you tell me the process of selection in MBA (Master of Business Administration) course offered by Xavier University Bhubaneswar (XUB) as I will take admission in the course of the University?

XIMB Selection Process for MBA, MBA-HRM, MBA-RM

The Xavier University Bhubaneswar (XUB) decide the section-wise and total cut-off marks which is used for short-listing the candidates to be called for Written Ability Test and Personal Interview.

WAT & PI is held in Bangalore, Bhubaneswar, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Mumbai.

The final selection is made on the basis of the candidate’s performance in the XAT / CAT / GMAT / X-GMAT and in the Written Ability Test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview.

XIMB Selection Process of MBA Global:

The admissions committee evaluates the candidates based on their academic history, recommendations, XAT / CAT / GMAT / X-GMAT scores, Statement of Purpose (SoP), and personal interview.

XIMB 2016 Admission Test

Applicants are required to take any one of the Admission Tests :
XAT to be conducted by XLRI, Jamshedpur, on 3rd January, 2016, or
CAT to be conducted by IIMs on 29th November, 2015
GMAT taken in 2014 or 2015 ( minimum score 550 ).
X-GMAT to be conducted Xavier University Bhubaneswar on 10th January, 2016.

Applicants have to follow XAT / CAT advertisements respectively and apply in time. Registering for XAT / CAT / GMAT is a prerequisite for applying to XIMB if not opting for X-GMAT.
