Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar (XIMB) was established in the year 1987 . It is a premier business school in India, centered in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

The intake capacity is 360 seats for full-time MBA-BM.

Eligibility:

The minimum requirement is a three-year Bachelor's degree in any discipline with 55% marks in aggregate from a recognized university.

Candidates are in the final part of their degree examination can also apply.

Fee Details –

The total fee for 2-year MBA-BM will be Rs. 14.00 lakhs .

The hostel expenses will be extra (about Rs. 1.00 lakh).

Eligibility 2020

One must have B.Com (Accounting/Finance), or B.Sc. (Mathematics/Statistics), or B.A./B.Sc. (Economics), or B. Tech, or CA/CS/CMA, with at least 55% marks in aggregate, from a recognized University.

Final year degree students, who expect to complete their final examinations and other requirements for obtaining the degree can also apply.

Admission Test 2020

One needs to take any one of the Admission Tests:
a) XAT to be conducted by XLRI, Jamshedpur, on January 05, 2020, or
b) CAT to be conducted by IIMs on November 24, 2019, or
c) NMAT by GMAC to be conducted during October – December 2019, or
d) GMAT taken in 2018 or 2019, or
e) X-GMT to be conducted by Xavier University, Bhubaneswar on January 25, 2020.

One opting for XAT/CAT has to follow XAT/CAT advertisements respectively and apply in time. Registering for XAT/CAT/GMAT/NMAT is a prerequisite for applying to XUB, if not opting for X-GMT.


Selection Process 2020

The Institute will decide the section-wise as well as total cut-off marks which will be used for short-listing the candidates to be called for Writing Ability Test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview.

WAT, GD & PI will be held in Bangalore, Bhubaneswar, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Mumbai.

The final selection will be made on the basis of the performance in the XAT/CAT/GMAT/X-GMT/NMAT as well as in the Writing Ability Test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview.

The selected candidates will be informed by mail in the month of April 2020.
