Re: Xavier University FAFSA
FAFSA stands for Free Application for Federal Student Aid and it is the fastest and most accurate way to apply. The FAFSA is the only application required at Xavier for Federal and State Aid for fall and spring semesters. The FAFSA is a form which can be prepared annually by current and prospective college students (undergraduate and graduate) in the United States to determine their eligibility for student financial aid. Eligibility for FAFSA: Be a citizen or eligible non citizen of the United States. Applicants must have a valid Social Security Number. (Students from the Republic of the Marshall Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, and the Republic of Palau are exempt from this requirement.) Applicants must have a high school diploma or a General Education Development (GED) certificate, or have completed homeschooling.
