Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar (XIMB) is a business school in India which is managed by a board of governors, consisting of representatives of the governments of India and Odisha, the Jesuit Society, industrialists and educationists.

It was founded in 1987 under a agreement called a "social contract" between the Government of Odisha and the Odisha Jesuit Society.
