Without Maths in BCA, Am I eligible for DU MCA
Tell me am I eligible for Delhi University for MCA admission without having Maths at degree level (BCA), please provide details???

Sorry, but without having Maths at degree level (BCA), you are not eligible for MCA admission in Delhi University. Here are the DU MCA admission criteria: Master of Computer Applications (MCA) Any bachelor degree from the University of Delhi with at least one paper in Mathematical Sciences (Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Operational Research) under annual mode/at least two papers in Mathematical Sciences (Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Operational Research) in semester mode or an equivalent degree. Minimum Percentage Required: 60% marks in aggregate. The candidates who are appearing in the final year examinations of the degree on the basis of which admission is sought are also eligible to apply. Admission fees: Rs.500/-for General/OBC Category Rs.250/-forSC/ST/PWDCategory Admission Procedure: Admission to MCA course is based on Entrance Test and Interview. For preparing the final merit list, 85% weightage will be given to the score in the Entrance test and 15% weightage will be given to the score of the Interview. Entrance Test shall consist of objective type questions from the following three components: Mathematical Ability Computer Science Logical Reasoning and English Comprehension Entrance exam syllabus: Computer Science: Introduction to Computer organization including data representation, Boolean circuits and their simplification, basics of combinational circuits; C - programming: Data types including user defined data types, constants and variables, operators and expressions, control structures, modularity: use of functions, scope, arrays. Logical ability & English Comprehension: Problem-solving using basic concepts of arithmetic, algebra, geometry and data analysis.
