Yes you can get admission in IPCC

Eligibility Criteria of IPCC after graduation:
Candidates must have passed graduation in Commerce with minimum of 55% for the general ones and 50% for the reserved ones

Or

Candidates must have passed graduation in other than Commerce with minimum of 60% for the general ones and 55% for the reserved ones

Important tentative dates :
Attempt Due Last Date for IPCC Registration
May Attempt 1st September of the previous year
November Attempt 1st March of the same year
The Last Date for Submission of CA Final/ IPCC Exam Form Online is 24th Feb 2014.
CA IPCC Exams would be beginning from 27th May 2014.
