Will I be able to give the exam of IPS after BBA?
I have passed BBA and now I want to give the exam of IPS and for that I want to get the details that will I be able to give the exam of IPS after BBA so can you provide me that?

As you want to get the details that will you be able to give the exam of IPS after BBA so here it is for you: Yes you can give the exam of IPS as the basic eligibility is that candidates must have passed graduation Here for your reference I am giving you the eligibility criteria of IPS: Nationality: A candidate must be either :— a citizen of India, or a subject of Nepal, or a subject of Bhutan, or a Tibetan refugee who came over to India before 1st January, 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India, or a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India. Age Limit: Candidates must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have crossed 30 years Candidates will be given 10 years relaxation for those who are physically handicapped Minimum Educational Qualifications: Candidates must have passed graduation from any of Universities incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India Number of Attempts: General: 4 OBC: 7 SC and ST: No Limit Scheme of CS (Preliminary) Examination The Preliminary Examination consists of two papers of objective type (multiple-choice questions) carrying a maximum of 400 marks. As you say that you have completed your BBA and want to appear in the IPS. According to me yes you can give the exam of IPS after BBA. The IPS stands for Indian police services. The examination for this post is organized by the UPSC (union public service commission) and is also called civil services examinations Eligibility: Nationality: The applicant must be an Indian citizen Age Limit: The Candidates must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have crossed 30 years Minimum Educational Qualifications: The applicant must have passed graduation from any of Universities incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India Number of attempts: For general: 4 For OBC: 7 For SC/ST: unlimited (it depends upon candidate in how many attempts he can clear the exam) Examination pattern: The examination consists of three stages. The first stage is preliminary after that is main examination. If you qualify both then you have to go for personal interview. |
