Here for your reference I am giving you the eligibility criteria of Andhra Pradesh State Eligibility Test:

Candidates must have passed master's degree with minimum of 55% for thge general ones and 50% for the reserved ones

Ph.D. degree holders whose Master’s level examination has been completed (irrespective of date of declaration of result) shall be eligible for relaxation of 5% of marks from 55% to 50% to appear in the AP.SET Examination.

Age Limit:
No upper age limit.
