Sorry to say you but for doing PHD, firstly you will have to complete your master degree and then you can apply for Ph.D.

Eligibility:

Candidate must have Master's degree in any branch of Engineering or its equivalent a recognized university, with minimum 60% marks in M.E. / M.Tech. level.
