Here is the procedure for getting CS entrance exam application forms:

Go to the official website of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India
Click on student’s option given at the right side of page
Click on “How And when To Register For CS Course” option given at the right side of page
Then click on “Online Registration (for Students Only)” option available in How And when To Register For CS Course section

Then Go through the checklist of documents as applicable on the basis of qualification

Click on the link “PROCEED TO REGISTRATION” at the bottom of page

Select the course type as applicable that is FOUNDATION OR EXECUTIVE PROGRAMME etc

Fill in ICSI online application form.

Click on the option to make payment of application fee.

After making payment of application you will receive ‘Username’ and ‘Student’s Registration number

Upload scanned copies of documents in support of educational documents.

Go to the official website of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Then click on the “Online services” at the top of the page.

Now click on the link “Click here for Online Registration - Foundation /Executive Programme”

Then click on the document which you are attaching with the form.

Then click on “Proceed To Registration”

Then you will be directed to the new page.



On this page enter the details and then click on the tab “Register”
