What Skills Are Employers Looking For
I have completed my PG degree and planning to do job for this I am looking for the details of skills required to do job. Will you please provide me lists of what skills employers looking for in a candidate provide me details so that I get job easily?

Here are the 10 skills employers say they seek, in order of importance please check the below lists of what skills are employers looking for in you: 1. Ability to work in a team structure 2. Ability to make decisions and solve problems (tie) 3. Ability to communicate verbally with people inside and outside an organization 4. Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work 5. Ability to obtain and process information 6. Ability to analyze quantitative data 7. Technical knowledge related to the job 8. Proficiency with computer software programs 9. Ability to create and/or edit written reports 10. Ability to sell and influence others Other skills are: Communications Skills (listening, verbal, written): Sample point describing this skill: Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing Analytical/Research Skills: Deals with your ability to assess a situation, seek multiple perspectives, gather more information if necessary, and identify key issues that need to be addressed. Computer/Technical Literacy: Almost all jobs now require some basic understanding of computer hardware and software, especially word processing, spreadsheets, and email.
