In find you should go for M Tech course after completing B Tech with Chemical Engineering in India as it is an advance study and it has a vast scope in India and abroad too.

The basic eligibility criterion for pursuing an M.Tech (Chemical Engineering) degree is qualifying B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering or equivalent examination. Generally, the admission is through Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) score.
