What Is JEE Advanced Paper 2

I have passed IIT JEE Main Examination. Can I take admission in B.Tech at any Best Engineering College of India or I have to appear in the JEE Advanced Exam? What is this 2nd paper of IIT JEE? Is this necessary for B.Tech or not? Provide me some solved question papers of JEE Advanced?
