An executive MBA, or EMBA, is a graduate level business degree. An executive MBA program is a lot like a regular MBA program. The main difference is that an executive MBA program is primarily designed to educate working executives, managers, entrepreneurs, and other business leaders.

Typically, the applicants to an Executive MBA Program must have a minimum of five years professional work experience. Participants come from every type and size of organization – profit, nonprofit, government – representing a variety of industries.

Eligibility criteria
A candidate must hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline.

Some colleges demand that a candidate must have attained the age of 27 years as on 31st March of the year of admission. However, there is no upper age limit to pursue this course.
