The West Bengal State Eligibility Test (WB SET) is going to be conducted on 14th December 2014. The online submission of application started from 18th September and will continue till 11th October 2014. The application Fee has to be paid at UBI branches before 17th October 2014

Candidates with Post Graduation Degree in relevant subject with minimum 55 percent marks are eligible.

Syllabus of West Bengal SET 2014 and Question Paper Pattern & Cut off Marks:

There will be two papers, namely Paper 1 and Paper 2. Exam will conduct in two sessions. Details are mentioned below

First Session – paper 1 – 100 marks – 90 minutes
60 out of which 50 question to be attempted

Paper cutoff marks:
GENERAL 40 (40%)OBC/ PWD/ SC/ ST 35 (35%)

First session paper 2 , 100 marks, 90 minutes
50 questions – all are compulsory

Paper 2 cutoff :
40/35 percent,

Second session -paper 3rd , 150 marks . 150 minutes ,
75 question all are compulsory.

Paper 3 cutoff:
75/60 percent
