West Bengal Polytechnic Exam form dates & eligibility?

What are the dates for the West Bengal Polytechnic Exam form and tell me the eligibility for that will you please provide me that????

The West Bengal State Council of Technical Education (WEBSCTE) is conducts the Joint Entrance Examination for Polytechnic (JEXPO) examination every year.
It is a state level examination.
This written examination is conducts for admission in the polytechnic college.

Important dates for the WEBSCTE:

Application form are released in the last Week of November till last Week of December.

Last date for receipt of request for Application Kit “by post”: Mid of December.

Receipt of duly filled in applications “by Speed post” only: Second Week of January.
Eligibility:
Candidates should have appeared/appearing in Matriculation examination with Mathematics, Science and English (securing minimum of 35%marks) as subjects from the State Board/ Central Board i.e. CBSE, ICSE/National Open Schools.
Age Limits:
The Candidate should not be born after 01.01.2000
