Wearing Spectacles Create Problem In Aeronautical Engineering
I am interested in joining Aeronautical Engineering as I want to become pilot ., but the problem is I wear spects . Will it create problem or not ?

As you are eligible for a Pilot in Indian Air Force after completing B.TECH Aeronautical Engineering , but you wear wear spects then yes definitely it will create problem in future . If you are interested to become a pilot then you have to fulfill the following eligibility conditions given below: Eye sight – 6/6 or 6/9 distant vision for good eye. 6/12 or 6/9 for worst eye. Near vision J 1 for good eye. J2 for worst eye. The correction is by lenses only. High standard for the Colour-blind test. No inherent night blindness. Vision should stereoscopic. Min requirement is 12th pass with Physics & Maths..After that Choose a good flight training school in USA, Canada, New Zealand (other than India) and take admission Fly and log min of 200 hrs Clear theory & flying exams and get your CPL You can directly join the flight schools for your CPL training Clear DGCA class 2 medical and get your File Number. Take initial ground class for an experienced instructor. List of few flight schools in India is given below: Delhi Flying Club, Delhi Haryana Institute of Civil Aviation, Karnal + 2 branches at Hissar & Pinjore Gujarat Flying Club, Patiala Aviation Club, Patiala Madras Flying Club, Chennai,Tamil Nadu Flight Schools In India |

Hey, you want to become airline pilot after completing aeronautical engineering course Spectacles Create problem there for you . Because vision requirements to become airline pilot should be as follows. Vision requirements as: Detail given in manner : Pilot Type: DISTANT VISION NEAR VISION INTERMEDIATE VISION COLOR VISION Airline Transport Pilot 20/20 or better in each eye separately, with or without correction. 20/40 or better in each eye separately (Snellen equivalent), with or without correction, as measured at 16 inches. 20/40 or better in each eye separately (Snellen equivalent), with or without correction at age 50 and over, as measured at 32 inches. Ability to perceive those colors necessary for safe performance of airmen duties. Commercial Pilot: 20/20 or better in each eye separately, with or without correction 20/40 or better in each eye separately (Snellen equivalent), with or without correction, as measured at 16 inches. 20/40 or better in each eye separately (Snellen equivalent), with or without correction at age 50 and over, as measured at 32 inches.
