According to me WBJEE counselling had start in july 2014 , and for this year all dates of WBJEE counselling has been over , here I am sharing with you that dates along with table of last year for your idea :

1. Online Registration & downloading of e-challan 8th July * (Tentative) - 15th July, 2014
*Subject to declaration of JEE(Main) result by CBSE
2. Choice Filling 8th July (Tentative) - 16th July, 2014 5:00 PM
3. Choice Locking 14th - 16th July, 2014 5:00PM
4. 1 st Round of seat allotment Result 17th July, 2014
5. Remote admission at Reporting Centres after 1st round of seat allotment 18th - 23rd July, 2014 (10 AM to 5 PM)
6. Withdrawal at Reporting Centres 18th - 23rd July, 2014 (10 AM to 5 PM)
7. Vacancy due to non-reporting & Withdrawal 23rd July, 2014
8. 2nd Round of seat allotment Result 24th July, 2014
9. Remote admission at Reporting Centre (Fresh allottee only) after 2nd round of seat allotment 25th - 26th July, 2014
(10 AM to 5 PM)
10. Withdrawal at Reporting Centres 25th - 26th July, 2014
(10 AM to 5 PM)
11. Vacancy due to non-reporting & withdrawal 27th July, 2014
12. Approval by the competent authority for conversion of seats on the basis of MIS reports 28th July, 2014
13. 3rd Round of seat allotment Result 28thJuly, 2014
14. Remote admission at Reporting Centre (Fresh allottee only) after 3rd round of seat allotment 29th – 30th July, 2014 (10 AM to 5 PM)
15. Withdrawal at Reporting Centre 29th – 30th July, 2014 (10 AM to 5 PM)
16. Physical reporting at final allotted institutes by all candidates who have allotted a seat in any rounds 28th July after 3rd round result declaration and upto 31th July, 2014 6:00 PM
17. Vacancy status declaration by the Board after Physical Reporting 31st July, 2014 after 6 PM
18. e-Admission Process Closed 31st July, 2014
