Warner Pacific teams, nicknamed athletically as the Knights, are part of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA), primarily competing in the Cascade Collegiate Conference (CCC).

Men's sports include basketball, cross country, golf, soccer and track & field. Women's sports include basketball, cross country, golf, soccer, track & field and volleyball.

The school has men's and women's wrestling starting with the 2014 to 2015 school year
