You are looking for Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board(MPPEB) MIS Coordinator Written Exam admit card, but the VYAPAM MIS Coordinator Written Exam was conducted on 2nd December, 2012 for 322 Post Recruitments.

Now you can not download admit card, but for your idea to download admit card in future, here is procedure:

Go to the official website of Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board (MPPEB) VYAPAM,
Click on test admit card option given at left side of page
Click on MIS Coordinator Written Exam admit card option when will announce & then enter Online Application No, & Date of Birth & click on submit
