Hey I am a student of Vels University and I want to know time table of my exam so that I get the the idea whether my exam timing is from 7-10am or 2:30- 5:30 pm??

Just click on schedule and your exam schedule will be disclose



This time there is no time table available but whenever time table will publish by university you can see timing from here only

Vels Institute of Science, Technology & Advanced Studies (VISTAS) is an institute of higher education established in 1992 and granted Deemed University status in 2008 by University Grants Commission under section 3 of UGC Act 1956.


VISTAS Library

The Library building of Vels Institute of Science, Technology & Advanced Studies (VISTAS) has a seating capacity of 500 persons and follows Open Access System blended with State -of-the art facilities.

Its vision is to provide world class knowledge resources that not only cater to the curricular requirements but also inspire intellectual enquiry and research. It is an active member of E-ShodhSindhu Consortium (to access online full text journals) and also member of NDL (National Digital Library) in order to avail the benefits of various services.

It houses a collection of 121534 Books, 147525 e-Books, 12660 Back Volumes, 4539 Dissertations and 5254 Audio Visual Resources. It subscribes to more than 369 Periodicals (National & International) and 12535 e-Journals.

Staff and students can access e-Journals and e-Books from EBSCO, ProQuest, J-Gate, IEEE/IEL, ASME, ASCE, NPTEL, Micromedex's Drugdex Systems, Bentham Science Pharmacy, Inventi Online, Nature, Law Finder Live, AIR Comprehensive, SCC Online, Manupatra, Digimat Digital Library, Vels Library Subject Gateway Digital Portal and eBooks from eBrary ProQuest Academic Complete.

It is attached with E-Knowledge Resource Centre, Virtual Learning Centre and Reprographic Section. There is a fully Automated Library Information System with bar coding of Books, Non-Book Materials and ID cards that enables laser scanning of issues and returns.

Using Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC), one can search the library online catalogue by Author, Title and Keywords, also, the users get to know the latest addition of Periodicals, Books and the status of a document.
