Qualifying Examination:

The candidates must have to appear for the VITEEE exam.

Eligibility:

The candidate must have passed 10+2 or must be aggregate with at least 60% in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology in the qualifying examination (+2/Intermediate).

Age:
The candidates must have born on or after 1st July 1993.

VIT University is a renowned and progressive engineering institution that was founded in the year 1984 by Dr. G. Viswanathan.

World-class facilities, student-friendly education systems and dedicated faculty, make this college among top engineering college of India.

The last date of submitting the application form will be February, 2016. The examination will be held in between April 6, 2016 to April 17, 2016.

Eligibility:

For VITEE exam at Vellore Institute of Technology Candidates should have passed their 10+2 examination with subjects’ physics, chemistry, mathematic or biology and secured 50% as their aggregate marks.

Candidates, going to appear in the 10+2 examination, which will be held in the month of March and April, are also eligible to apply.

Candidates with PCM (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics) background are eligible to apply for any disciplines of engineering offered by VIT.

For b.Tech admission:
Candidates with PCB (Physics, Chemistry and Biology) background are eligible to apply for the BTech Bioinformatics, Bio-medical engineering and Biotechnology programmes only.

Age Limit:

The date of birth as recorded in the High School / SSC / X Certificate will be considered authentic.

Candidates should produce this certificate in original as a proof of their age at the time of counselling, failing for which they will be disqualified.
