Hi I want to know get the details regarding the application form of TNPSC VAO Exam so can you provide me?

Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission conducts direct recruitment for the post of Village Adminstrative Officer (VAO) or Grama Nirvaga Aluvalar in Tamilnadu Ministerial Service.

Eligibility for TNPSC VAO Exam:

SSLC (Matriculation-10 Class) Public Examination or its equivalent with eligibility for admission to Higher Secondary Courses of Studies (or) to College Courses of studies.
In addition to this candidates should also have (written and spoken) proficiency in Tamil language.

Age limit:
Candidates aged between 21 and 30 years
40 years for SCs, SC(A)s, STs, MBCs/DCs, BCs, BCMs and DWs of all castes.

Examination Fee-

Examination fee Rs.125/- (Examination Fee Rs.75/- + Cost of Application Rs.50/-) (Rupees One hundred and twenty five only)

Candidates claiming exemption from examination fee should pay Rs.50/- towards Application Cost.(No exemption for cost of application)

Online Registration begins – March 17, 2014
Last Date to Apply - April 15, 2014
Last Date to Pay Exam fee ( Post office ) – April 17, 2014
Date of Exam : June 14, 2014

TNPSC VAO Exam 2015 Pattern

TNPSC VAO exam will consist of a single paper with the following subjects of SSC standard

General studies (75 items)
Basics of Village Administration (25 items)
Aptitude & Mental Ability Test (20 items)
General Tamil / General English (80 items)

Total (200 items)
Duration of Exam:- 3 hours
Maximum Marks:- 300

Minimum Qualifying Marks for selection:- 90

Will you tell me how I can fill the Application Form for TNPSC VAO (Village Administrative Officer) exam 2015 ?

You have to apply online for TNPSC VAO (Village Administrative Officer) exam 2015 through official website of the TNPSC.

Candidate first have to register himself and than fill the application .

Candidate have required to have a scanned (digital) image of his/her photograph and signature while filling the application form.


After filling the application form and uploading the photograph and signature candidate have to make payment if he/she want to ,make payment online.

If he/she choose online payment mode than submit the form a take print out of the challan for make payment of fee.
