The method of Building Permission Procedure as announced by Town Development department of Vadodara Municipal Corporation is as follows: Method of Sanction of Permission Permission Note: The documents like Drawings of chapter and according evidence of important checklist, instrumental proofs / documents like Property Card, Copy of 7/12, Power of Attorney, Note of Measurement etc, after making the systematic checking, according to G.D.C.R. of Present Rules and Circulars and improvement of absence suggested to be audited or according to authorize procedure is carried out. The authorized Officer’s report for further sanction, to which it is sanction by authentic Officer After sanction of proficient Officer it is submitted in the General Meeting of Mahanager Seva Sadan for decision and after decision is passed. Related charge (legal) to be paid and permission for construction will be granted with conditions. 1. Plinth Checking Certificate (P.C.) After obtaining building Permission receipt, construction work can start and Plinth Checking Certificate to be offered by the request from License Holder should be submitted. 2. Completion Certificate: (C.C.) For Completion (Drainage connection) requested by License Holder should be submitted building Supervisor/ Inspector will be inspect site as per Approval building Plan, and submitted his report to competent Officer for issue of completion Certificate. 3. Occupation Certification: (O.C.) After giving Complication Certificate, submit the receipt of Drainage Connection before the authorized Officer of Ward. The procedure of giving Occupation Certificate will be carried out. Permission Note’s Nos = 250 / 300 per month. P.C. Nos = 150 / 200 per month. C.C. / O. C. Nos = 125 / 175 per month.
