Create New Online Admissions Profile or Log In With Previously Created Admissions Profile
Submit Your Application
Print And Mail In Supporting Documents

Documents Required:

Marriage Certificate ( where name has been changed through marriage)
Legal Affidavit or Deed Poll if your present name is different from that on the Birth Certificate
Professional Certificates/Diplomas obtained from Institutions other than UWI
Two (2) referees’ reports
PG Diploma in Education applicants are only required to submit the Principal's referee report, and may state the other referee as NA in the online application.
Evidence of teaching appointment/assessment of qualifications by MoE/THA/Board (PG DIP Education applicants only)
Evidence of registration with the Medical Board of Trinidad & Tobago (D.M. applicants only)
Statement of Intent in pursuing the programme (Master of Public Health applicants only)
Portfolio/Manuscript example of work (MA Creative Design: Entrepreneurship & MFA applicants only)
Research Proposal (M.Phil., Ph.D. and M.D. applicants only)
Curriculum vitae (All applicants)
Confirmation of Employment (applicants to Engineering programmes)
