As per me there is no any university by named Uttaranchal Central University in india but there is one university Uttaranchal Sanskrit University, Haridwar that formerly known as Uttaranchal Sanskrit Academy, Haridwar.

It is recognized by UGC under section 2 (f) of UGC Act 1956 vide notification No. F.9-6/2000(CPP-1) dated May 16, 2006.
