The MBA Online Program is a web-based, asynchronous degree program offered by a consortium of eight University of Texas universities through The UT Online Consortium.

Admission requirement

The Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) is a nationally recognized test designed specifically for students preparing to pursue the MBA degree.

Students preparing to be admitted to the MBA program must take the GMAT test prior to completion of 6 semester hours of 6300 level coursework.

The GMAT score is converted to an entrance score according to the following formula: (GPA X 200) + GMAT = Entrance Score.

Students wishing to be accepted into the MBA program must complete the GMAT exam with a satisfactory score.

The GMAT entrance score will be used to classify the student.

Regular Standing: Entrance Score at least 1120

Provisional Standing: Entrance Score at least 1000 but less than 1120

Conditional Standing: Entrance Score at least 1000 but with additional pre-professional courses that need to be taken

2. Submit all transcripts from all college coursework

3. Submit GMAT score
