The USC Marshall School of Business is the business school of the University of Southern California. The current Dean is James G. Ellis. In 1997 the school was renamed following a $35 million donation from alumnus Gordon S. Marshall Ranking : In 2018, Marshall ranked No. 20 by U.S. News and World Report. For 2015, national rankings of Marshall's MBA program include No. 38 by Forbes, and No. 21 by Bloomberg BusinessWeek. In global rankings, Marshall was ranked No. 65 by The Economist and No. 48 by Financial Times. About the MBA Program : Students in USC Marshalls top-ranked MBA program are required to take Marketing Management (GSBA 528) as part of their core. In this class, students learn the fundamentals of marketing, an integrated marketing process that begins and ends with the concept of market. Duration : 2 year Admission Requirement A completed online application A four-year undergraduate degree, or equivalent, from an accredited institution Academic transcripts Standardized test scores GMAT or GRE Two required essays (there is also one optional essay) A professional resume (typically one page) Application fee: $155 TOEFL or IELTS (if applicable) This applies to most international applicants (non U.S. citizen or U.S permanent resident).
