UP State Entrance Examination (UPSEE) is regulated by the Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) also known as Uttar Pradesh Technical University (UPTU).

Last date of online form fill-up including payment and downloading confirmation page 20th March 2017 (Extended)
Last date for fee payment 21st March 2017 (Extended)
Correction window 27th 29th March 2017
Admit Card Release Date 19th April 2017 (11:00 AM)
Date of Examination 16th, 22nd and 23rd April 2017
Result Declaration Date 29th May 2017
Counselling Starts Date 19th June to 15th August 2017

Application Fee:

The examination fee can be paid through online mode. Students can submit the fee with the use of Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking while submitting the online application form.

Category Application Fee
Male/Transgender Candidates of GEN and OBC Category Rs.1200
Female candidates/ Physically Handicapped Students of all categories and SC/ST Students Rs.600

Eligibility
Students must have pass 10+2 level or equivalent examination with Physics & Mathematics as compulsory subject and any one of the following subjects:Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/Technical Vocational subject.

Exam Pattern
UPTU Entrance Exam was held for 11 papers with multiple choice type questions except Drawing Aptitude Test (Part B of paper 4).

Paper 1 to Paper 4 was conducted OMR Based Test only.

Paper 5 to Paper 11 was organized through CBT only.

Students awarded with 4 marks for each correct answer.

There was no negative marking procedure.
