UPSEE online forms

I want to fill the online application form of the Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination (UPSEE). Is Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination (UPSEE) online application form available at official website of the Uttar Pradesh Technical University (UPTU)? Also provide me last date for its application form submission?

I would like to appear for the UPSEE examination for the year 2016 so I require the process to apply for the same?

UPSEE examination is conducted by the state of Uttar Pradesh for the admission to the engineering courses offered by the Universities & colleges in Uttar Pradesh.

The process to apply for UPSEE 2016 has been mentioned below:

UPSEE 2016 Application Form

To submit an application for the engineering entrance exam of Uttar Pradesh, applicants will have to fill the UPSEE 2016 Application Form. The form will be released in February 2016 and applicants will be able to apply till 1st week of April 2016.

Online UPSEE Application Form

The application form will be accessible in the month of February 2016.
Applicants will have to fill the application on the official website of UPSEE 2016.
Different facilitation centres will be set up by UPTU to assist applicants in filling the application form of UPSEE 2016.
List of these centres would be published on the official site as well.
After filling the form, they have to press review button for inspection.
On filling of the form, a unique registration number will be provided to the applicant.
After the form is filled and payment is done, they are required to generate a printout of the application form.

UPSEE 2016 Application Form Fees Payment Modes are:

Bank Challan

Access the official site of UPTU and download the bank challan.
Fee particulars would be mentioned on the challan itself.
Deposit the challan at the bank and get a acknowledgment countersigned.
Mention the challan number at challan no. column.
Confirm the UPSEE Application Form submission on the official website.
Enter the registration number, transaction number and download the confirmation page.

NEFT/Cards

Click the appropriate link to choose the mode of payment.
Make the payment by entering details of the card, CVV number and password.
Take print of the confirmation page.

Offline UPSEE Application Form

Applicants can fill the offline application in physical form.
They have to utilize only black or blue ball-point pen for the same.
Afterwards they have to send the form to the university before the deadline.
Applicants must not send any document with the UPSEE 2016 Application Form.

To buy the form, applicants have to pay application form fee of Rs. 800 for General and for OBC candidates (Rs.400 for SC, ST and women).
