Eligibility for Combined Medical Services (CMS) exam

Age Limits:
Candidate must not have attained the age of 32 years.

Upper age limit relax able as :

Scheduled Caste or a Scheduled Tribe:
Up to a maximum of five years.

Other Backward Classes:
Up to a maximum of three years.

State of Jammu & Kashmir :
Up to a maximum of five years.

Defence Services personnel :
Up to a maximum of five years.


Educational Qualifications:

Candidate should have passed the written and practical parts of the final M.B.B.S. Examination.

Nationality:
A candidate must be either:
A citizen of India, or
a subject of Nepal, or
a subject of Bhutan, or
a Tibetan refugee
