Re: UPPSC Org Syllabus

The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) conducts the common administrations aggressive examination held for the determination of qualified applicants in the state level authoritative administrations and other state government divisions of the Uttar Pradesh State.

The Syllabus for the UPPSC Preliminary Examination consists two paper sections which are mentioned below:

Paper I
• Current Events of National and International importance
• History of India and Indian National Movement
• Indian and world Geography
• Economic and social Development
• General issues on environmental ecology, Bio-diversity and climate change.
• General Science

Paper II
• Comprehensive
• Interpersonal skills & communication skills
• Logical reasoning
• Decision making and problem solving
• General mental ability
• Elementary mathematics
• General English
• General Hindi

The Syllabus for the UPPSC Main Examination covers two paper sections.

Paper I
• History of India-Ancient, Mediaeval, Modern
• Indian National Movement and Indian Culture
• Population, Environment and Urbanization in Indian Context
• World Geography, Geography of India and its natural resources.
• Current events of national and international importance.
• Indian Agriculture, Trade and Commerce.
• Specific knowledge of U.P. regarding education, culture Agriculture, Trade Commerce, The methods of living and Social Customs.

Paper II
• Indian Polity
• Indian Economy
• General Science
• General Mental ability
• Statistical Analysis, Graphs and Diagrams

The exam is held in two stages to be specific: Prelims and Mains Examination held for all the qualified applicants. Those applicants who are get ready for the UPSC Exam can check the subtle elements of the exam including the paper design and the stamping plan from the data as given here underneath.

Exam Pattern for UPPSC: The competitors will need to show up and qualify in both the Prelims and Mains Exam separately.

The Preliminary Examination comprises of Objective Type and Multiple Choice Based Questions from the syllabus as set by the CSAT Exam.

Paper Pattern for Preliminary Exam: There will be target sort questions on the accompanying fundamental subjects:

1. Current Affairs identifying with national and worldwide occasions

2. General Knowledge on the accompanying: Indian Geography and World Geography, Indian Constitution and Governing Systems, Issues identifying with the Environment and Ecology, General Science, Economics and Social Development issues and so on

The competitors will be required to answer every one of the inquiries in this paper. Absolute Marks: 200 Total Time Allotted: two hours Blind Candidates will be given an extra time of 20 minutes for every paper.

Paper Pattern for Mains Exam: It comprises of 6 papers which incorporates customary sort questions from the accompanying areas as given underneath.

Area I: Essay (200 Marks)

Area II: English Comprehension and English Precis (100 Marks) The inquiries asked will be founded on the High School/Class eleventh level as it were.

Paper II: There is target sort questions on the GS (General Studies) having questions on the accompanying principle themes: Indian Heritage and Culture, History and Geography of World and Society Total Marks: 250

Paper III: This is the second paper of GS (General Studies) on the accompanying principle subjects: Constitution, Polity, Social Justice, Indian Heritage and Culture and World and Society Total Marks: 250

Paper IV: This is the third paper of GS (General Studies) having questions on the accompanying principle subjects: Economic Development, Disaster Management, Technology, Environment, Bio Diversity and Security Total Marks: 250

Paper V: This is the fourth paper of GS (General Studies) having questions on the accompanying principle subjects: Integrity and Aptitude and Ethics Total imprints: 250

Paper VI: This is the discretionary subject paper which incorporates questions on the concerned subject as picked by the contender for this paper.

All out Marks: 250

This will be trailed by the Personality Test/Interview which will be held for all the composed qualified competitors as it were.

All out Marks for Written Exam: 1800

All out Marks for Interview: 275
