Uppgmee mds

I am resident of UP and want to pursue my MDS degree from here and for this I am planning to give the U.P. Postgraduate Medical Entrance Examination (UPPGMEE). Will you tell me eligibility criteria to apply for this UPPGMEE MDS entrance exam?
