Recent character certificate
Migration certificate from the University / Board last attended
Admit Card of Entrance Examination ( CPMEE – 2014 )
Category ( SC / ST / OBC ) Certificate, if applicable
Five Recent Passport size photographs
Identity Proof ( voter card / Driving license / passport etc. )
Personal Presence of the candidate is mandatory at the time of counselling
Registration Fee 500/-
