Tell Step by step instructions/ process to fill the online application form for UPMT(Uttarakhand Pre Medical Test) exam ?

UPMT is known as Uttarakhand Pre Medical Test. It is a state level exam . This exam conducted by the Govind Ballabh Pant Agriculture and Technology University, Nainital.

How to Fill UPMT Application Form:

Go to the official website of UPMT .


Download the information brochure.

Read it carefully to ensure eligibility

Click on the link that says apply online , when application process will open this link will available here .

Read the declaration carefully.

Click on I accept and then on Proceed.

Click on New User and enter mobile number.

You will receive the password via SMS .

Go to the log in page of :

Enter username and password.

Now Click on User Activity Button on top of the Screen .

Then select the option Fill Application Form, upload photograph, thumb impression and signature, accept the declaration, save and update.

After filling the form again go to the user activity and select the option pay fee.

If you have selected the online option :
You have to give necessary Credit/Debit/Internet Banking details.

If you have decided to pay offline through Bank Challan

Take print out of e-challan and deposit the fee.

After successful payment of online/offline fee, candidate can take out the printout of completely filled form for future reference.
