Entrance Exams For Admission in B.Tech, B.Des Courses.


B. Tech. Applied Petroleum Engineering with specialization in UP Stream

Course Duration : 4 years

Eligibility :

Minimum 60% marks at Higher & Senior Secondary level ( 10th & 12th )

Minimum 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics at Senior Secondary level (12th) UPES Engineering Aptitude Test ( UPESEAT ) followed by Centralized Counseling OR Centralized Counseling through Merit rank for Non Exam Category

Selection Procedure:

The selection procedure is based on score of the candidate in UPESEAT exam followed by central counselling or Centralized Counseling through Merit rank for Non Exam Category.

Paper Pattern:

The exam will have five sections:

Physics: 50 questions

Chemistry: 50 questions

Maths: 50 questions

English Language Comprehension: 30 questions

Current Affairs Awareness: 20 questions

Total: 200 questions

Exam Duration: 3 hours
