UPCPMT Application Form Details:

Name of organization: Chhatrapati Sahuji Maharaj Medical University.

Name of test: Uttar Pradesh Combined Pre-Medical test.

Applicants who are willing to fill this application form should check eligibility criteria first.

Eligibility criteria:
Educational criteria: Applicants should have passed 10th+2 with minimum 50% in Physics chemistry and biology.

Age Limit: Applicants age should be lie between 17 years to 25 years.
Age relaxation for reserved category appliocants is applicable as per government norms.
