I have appeared in UPCPMT 2015 Exam. I lost my Challan Form. So I want to know that can I get it again or not. If yes, so please tell me how I can get Challan Form of UPCPMT again?

The UPCPMT Exam is organized by Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Gorakhpur University (U.P.).

Applicants who want to get Challan Form of UPCPMT Exam 2015, so here I want to tell them, that you can download Challan Form again from official portal of UPCPMT.

Process to Download Challan Form
Visit on official Portal of UPCPMT.

You will get link for Login situated in left middle side.

You have to click on this link and you will be on following page:



You have to click in check Box and click on Proceed Button.

Now you will reach on a new page that looks like following image:



On this page, you have to fill Mobile Number and Password and get Challan Form.
