Go to the official site of UPCPMT
Site page will open at right hand side top page there is a section of How to apply
Click on that section a new page will open
There click the option Login a new page will open
There click the option displayed in front of you a new page will open which looks like this there fill the required information to get the form

2 फार्म भरने की अन्तिम तिथि 3rd week of April 2016

3 प्रवेश पत्र डाउनलोड करने की तिथि 2nd week of May 2016

4 प्रवेश परीक्षा की तिथि last week of May 2016

5 परीक्षा परिणाम घोषित करने की तिथि 2nd week of June 2016
