The University of the Philippines has released application form for UPCAT exam for 2013.

UPCAT application forms can be obtained from all participating dental colleges of U.P. against payment of 1000/-.
Forms will be available from participation colleges is 01st January, 2013.
Last date of submission of completed forms for UPCAT is 3rd February, 2013.

Forms will be available from participation colleges -01/01/2013
Last date of submission of completed forms -03/02/2013
Date of Exam.at Delhi and Lucknow -10/02/2013
Declaration of result -16/02/2013

The following programme have been fixed for UPCAT DENTAL (BDS) 2013 :Sale of Brochure 20-3-2013
Last date of submission of form 5-5-2013
Date of Exam 15-5-2013

Firstly go on official website of University of the Philippines System.

On that page upper side you have to go on admission section and click on UPCAT option.

On new page in the right side you have to do click on announcement option.

On new page you will get your form whenever it will be available.
