UPCAT Batch 2

I want to join the Batch 2 of UPCAT Exam at the Brainhub Tutorial and Review Center. So tell me what is the fee to join this Batch 2? Give important dates when the Batch 2 will start at the Brainhub Tutorial and Review Center for Training of UPCAT Exam? Pls provide me application form to join this.
